Spurs 3-1 Coventry Win Is Called A Turning Point By Four Sites And Remains Three-One

Sky Sports reported that Tottenham beat Coventry 3-1 for a first Premier League win of the season, with Dejan Kulusevski back after 526 days, and the score did not change at any outlet that followed.
A Tottenham household learned of the 3-1 win over Coventry from five separate websites before nine o'clock, and has confirmed that the score was identical at each.
The first report, from Sky Sports, said the evening could prove to be the one that kickstarted the season. It gave the goals to James Maddison, Omar Marmoush and Ben Davies, noted Jack Rudoni's equaliser, and recorded Dejan Kulusevski's return after 526 days.
By the second site, could prove had been quietly removed. By the third, the win was a turning point. The fourth described it as the moment the season began, which the Herald understands is the original claim with the doubt taken out.
It says here they've turned a corner. It said that on the other one as well. I think it's the same corner.
The Herald has examined all four follow-up pieces side by side. They contain no new information. Each lists the same three scorers, the same Rudoni goal, the same 526 days and the same move off the bottom of the table into 16th.
What the pieces do contain is a steadily rising supply of adjectives, with emphatic arriving at site two and seismic at site four. Neither is found in the original, and neither affects the score.
A fifth site, reached shortly after the toast, repeated the headline of the first and added a photograph of a man smiling. The household has accepted this as confirmation.
The result remains three-one.
